- Badges ship separately from uniforms if ordered together. Once produced, a separate shipping confirmation will be emailed to you with tracking.
- If there are missing pieces from your order, it is possible that the items were backordered. Please check your Shipping Confirmation and pack slip to verify. If an item from your order has not been shipped yet, your packing slip will show a quantity of zero. If you believe your order was inaccurate, we will assist.
- For trouble logging in, Magenta Uniforms utilizes Single Sign On authentication. On the login page, please enter your P# (omitting the P). If you have an account and are authenticated through the T-Mobile system, you will be logged into the site. If you do not know your P#, please visit https://www.myworkday.com/tmobile/login.flex
- If you are an Authorized Retailer setting up a new account please make sure to check your quarantine folder to get your new account confirmation email and verify your account in order to gain access to T-Mobile Uniform site.
